- All RYZE ages (Workshop & Competition) are determined as of January 1, 2027.
- The Workshop ages listed above are guidelines. Studio Owners/Directors may use their discretion to place their dancers in the appropriate workshop rooms. Please remember that for the scholarship audition, all dancers must be in their age-appropriate (as of January 1, 2027) Workshop room.
- Room changes can be made onsite within the first two classes of the Workshop. Please notify the RYZE Info Desk of any Workshop room changes, and we will exchange wristbands, if necessary. A Studio Owner or Teacher must be present to approve/confirm any room changes.
- In some cities, rooms may be combined. In those instances, dancers will still be evaluated separately (by age group) during any scholarship auditions.
- Dancers under 8 may upgrade to the Mini Workshop Room and will be eligible for Mini Scholarships, Auditions, and the National Title program. Please note: Workshop room does not affect competition age. Dancers will still compete in their appropriate age division based on their age as of January 1, 2027. For example, a 7-year-old in the Mini Workshop will still compete in the Ryzing Stars division.
