WELCOME STUDIOS!

Studio owners or representatives - please fill out the verification form below. Once we have verified your studio, we will quickly send you Studio information and fees for both the Regional & National Workshop and Competition.

Studio information and fees will only be sent if the studio email below matches the email listed on your studio's website. If your email is not listed on your website, or you would like it sent to another email address, please DM us on Instagram from your studio Instagram account OR call us at 407-229-RYZE from the studio phone number shown on your website so we can verify with caller ID. If we miss your call, leave a voicemail with the email address where you'd like the account information and fees sent.

The RYZE Workshop Fee Includes:

A minimum of 10 workshop classes.

Participant wristband.

Access and participation in:

  • Scholarship Audition
  • RYZE & Shine (orientation and warm-up)
  • Pop-Off (immersive faculty show)
  • Closing Show
  • Optional Friday classes including our one-of-a-kind SurpRYZE class, where a surprise local artist leads dancers in a completely unexpected style. The catch? You won’t know what the unique style of the class is until you walk through the door.

Studios may include additional administrative fees. This is a standard practice in the dance industry, helping cover the time, coordination, and expenses studios take on when organizing, registering, and attending events.

One-day workshop registration is available.

RYZE does not offer single workshop class rates.

On-site workshop registrations are not guaranteed and will be accepted based on availability.

Observers

For our inaugural season, RYZE is welcoming observers into the workshop rooms. This policy will be reevaluated in future seasons, and RYZE reserves the right to limit availability in certain cities based on space and capacity needs.

  • Before requesting an Observer Band, please check with your studio to confirm their policies regarding Observers.
  • Observer Bands may be purchased in advance through your studio. If you plan to purchase an Observer Band on-site, please be prepared to provide the dancer’s full name, studio affiliation and date of birth for security verification.
  • Observers 10 years and under are complimentary while accompanied by a paid adult Observer. Strollers are not permitted in workshop rooms.
  • Observer bands are required for all workshop classes, including Friday Night Classes. Observers are not allowed access to the Teacher-Studio Owner room, Audition Combo class, Audition, or closed rehearsals at any time.
  • By attending as an Observer, you acknowledge that the ballroom is, first and foremost, a learning environment. To ensure a safe, focused, and positive experience for all dancers, proper classroom etiquette is expected at all times.
  • Seat saving is not permitted at any time. If a chair is physically unoccupied, RYZE considers it available for use by any Observer. RYZE also reserves the right to remove bags or personal items from empty seats to ensure space is available for paying Observers.
  • At RYZE, we are happy to offer Observers the opportunity to share in the excitement and artistry of our classes. However, because students can be easily distracted, we strongly recommend limiting attendance to no more than one Observer per dancer or group at any given time.
  • Please note that Observer Band access is granted at the discretion of RYZE. If disruptive behavior occurs—such as excessive talking, phone use, distracting conduct, or treating the classroom as a social space—we reserve the right to revoke Observer privileges at any time, with or without notice. Paid bands will be refunded if access is revoked.

Thank you for helping us maintain a supportive and productive classroom environment.

Independent Dancers

At RYZE, we believe dancers thrive through consistent training with a reputable dance studio. However, we recognize that in certain situations, a dancer may participate as an "independent." For our purposes, an independent dancer is defined as someone not affiliated with a physical studio or actively training through a structured, ongoing program. We understand this distinction can be nuanced. As such, any questions regarding independent status will be addressed at the discretion of the RYZE Directors.

  • Independent dancers are welcome to attend the RYZE Workshop.
  • Independent dancers are not eligible to compete in the RYZE Competition.
  • While they are not eligible for Audition Scholarships, independent dancers may be considered for Spotlight Scholarships.
  • The Spotlight Scholarship Award is typically an invitation to compete in the Specialty Solo Title Competition at Nationals 2027, with the Specialty Solo Entry Fee waived. However, participation in the RYZE competition requires dancers to be registered under a studio. Because independent dancers are registered with no studio affiliation, they are not eligible to compete and will therefore receive an alternative award of a $100 discount toward the Nationals 2027 Workshop.

Individual/Independent pricing will be available once you create an "individual account" with our online registration system.

Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds if an attendee cancels the Workshop or Competition. Credit requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis with the registration account holder.
  • In the unlikely occurrence that RYZE cancels an event (for a pandemic, state of emergency, etc.), refunds will be made within 14 days of the event.
  • RYZE reserves the right to change, relocate, or substitute venues at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If such a change occurs, all registrations and fees will remain valid for the updated venue. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided if the event is relocated to a venue within 60 miles of the original location.
